City of Philadelphia Minority Business Enterprise Council - Vendors interested in participating on a City of Philadelphia contract as a certified Minority, Woman, or Disabled Disadvantaged Business Enterprise must apply for certification. Find out how to become certified today!

Pennsylvania Department of General Services MBE/WBE Certification - The MBE and WBE certification opens doors, by acting as a tool, enabling qualified contractors to more readily identify and use the state contracting opportunities available to small businesses.

Philadelphia School District Office of Small Business Development - The primary mission of the SBD is to promote equal opportunity in all contracting and employment opportunities with the School District of Philadelphia. The office is responsible for developing and implementing procedures for increasing the number of Local Small Businesses bidding on and winning School District of Philadelphia contracts. SBD accepts the certification of approved certifying agencies including local, state and federal governments. Pennsylvania Unified Certification Program - The purpose of the PA Unified Certification Program (PA UCP) is to provide "one-stop shopping" for minority and women businesses seeking certification as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise. The PA UCP makes all certification decisions on behalf of all agencies and organizations in the Commonwealth with respect to participation in the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program.

New Jersey Small Business Set-Aside Program - The state of New Jersey small business set-aside program includes goals that 25% of state contracts and purchase order dollars be awarded to Small Business Enterprises (SBE). SBE registration will add your company's name to a state listing of vendors eligible to participate in these selected contract offerings.

New Jersey Commerce MBE/WBE Certification - The certification process was established to provide a standardized procedure for certifying businesses owned by minorities and women to participate in public and private contracting opportunities. It is intended to ensure that only bona fide minority-owned business enterprises (MBE) or woman-owned enterprises (WBE) participate in these programs.

EZCertify™ is dedicated to assisting women, minority, handicapped and other qualified individuals to successfully apply for and receive certification in the Small Business Administration's 8(a) Business Development and Small, Disadvantaged Business Programs. Fostering the growth of these federal contractors as viable businesses, for the long term, helps to empower communities, create jobs, and attract private investment.
