Philadelphia School District Office of Small Business Development - The primary mission of the SBD is to promote equal opportunity in all contracting and employment opportunities with the School District of Philadelphia. Pennsylvania Unified Certification Program - The purpose of the PA Unified Certification Program (PA UCP) is to provide "one-stop shopping" for minority and women businesses seeking certification as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise. The PA UCP makes all certification decisions on behalf of all agencies and organizations in the Commonwealth with respect to participation in the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program.

New Jersey Small Business Set-Aside Program - The state of New Jersey small business set-aside program includes goals that 25% of state contracts and purchase order dollars be awarded to Small Business Enterprises (SBE).
