>> Provided contractors requiring extra assistance with streamlined access to the US Small Business Administration's Surety Bond Guarantee Program, along with program fee subsidies

>> Worked closely with the Procurement, Finance and Law Departments on implementing changes to the City of Philadelphia's Performance & Payment Bond form contract language on contracts under $500,000 to eliminate conditions that prevented more DBE firms from competing on NTI contracts

>> Provided enrolled contractors with access to our bid lead service and subcontracting opportunities

>> Identified local resources available to M/W/DBE contractors and formed strategic alliances with a variety of these business development / technical assistance providers

>> Provided referrals to M/W/DBE contractors for discounted accounting services and access to capital
